"Clean rooms, value for money, good service from the employees"
Pros: Clean rooms, value for money, good service from the employees
Cons: Yes, they had reserved only two rooms....the booking was for 4 rooms (2 double & 2 twin). they solved it quite quick, but the solution was 3 rooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 triple)since we were 7 people. luckily, the triple room could be used by siblings who were happy about it...for another party this could have turned out in a bad way..another negative issue was that they served a breakfast dish with smoked salmon which turned out to be not fresh and resulted in stomach issues for two persons..after that we ate breakfast elsewhere.

"Lovely staff, allowed early check-in, excellent bathroom"
Pros: Lovely staff, allowed early check-in, excellent bathroom
Cons: Some street noise, it was a first floor room overlooking the street so had to keep curtain shut for privacy
"Great location, great room - size and style! has a boutiquey feel"
Pros: Great location, great room - size and style! has a boutiquey feel. price was reasonable for what was on offer here and for how pricey dublin can be. for an early breakfast you can't beat the nearby 'the busy bean cafe'!
Cons: First impression of room was great but a closer inspection revealed little imperfection eg. when going to make a coffee the first morning i had to wash the teaspoon as it had the sticky residue from it's previous user! towels had a slightly odd smell and i'm not convinced that they were changed for clean ones when i left them on the floor after day two of use. however... i think this level of service varies in relation to who checks the room. the day we saw the manager (a very friendly guy) checking the rooms, upon our return we found our room in a better state than when we checked in... it's a shame that this wasn't our first impression as it would have rated perfectly then.

Cons: The street noise was a little loud but didn't disturb us too much.
