If you like looking at buildings with architectural and historical interest then it could be worth booking your budget hotel in Dublin near to The Four Courts. This domed and pillared building is not only spectacular to look at on the outside, but the inside is worth looking at too. Since the building was rebuilt after it was destroyed during the Irish Civil War in 1921, the inside was changed but the outside is almost identical to what it was originally.
The building is called the Fours Courts after the four parts of the judicial system that were in place at the time when it was built. You can look inside the court during court session hours, and look at the outside any time.
