The staff were friendly and welcoming although before we arrived we tried to book for another family member to come with us but the hotel did not ring us back, we assumed they were full. I later learned they had availability. I was very disappointed with the fine dining experience. I found it was overpriced for average food. After two courses we didn't want to continue with our meal and regretted not eating in the bar. Not on par with our other fine dining experiences. The hotel is a little tired and maintenance of the room was not attended to. I would expect more from a five star hotel. Location, staff, cleanliness and facilities are good.
