Pros: Location
Cons: Had to move as bathroom door would not close rang reception and she gave us another room this bathroom was the same we were told all the bathrooms on the third floor had been repaired not so. went down to reception and there was another blond receptionist and she was so unhelpful didn't care less if i booked out or not. a lady from house keeping brought us to a room where the door closed. the view from the rooms was over a flat roof and the side of the building felt very closed in.

Pros: The hotel is in a central location. it was just a short stroll from the restaurant which we had booked in advance of our trip to limerick. this restaurant was excellent and called the "salt house".
Cons: The area around the hotel was very run down and felt unsafe.

Pros: Beautiful hotel - outstanding decor. staff could not have been kinder or more attentive - definitely first class. spa was excellent.
Cons: The lack of parking at the hotel and then clear communication as to where to go for overflow parking needs to be more clear.

Cons: Getting to the carpark across the road is a nightmare now that the roundabout at clare street is gone. if you are coming from that direction it is fine but if you are travelling from the co clare side, it is very awkward.
