they really try to help you on every way they can,very close to the old city and to a bus station if you plan to go any where else by the damascus gate.We got to the hotel at 8.a.m. chek in is at 2.p.m. but they gave us the room at 10.a.m the only problem there was not a reservation on my name but i have a copy and from there it was o.k. Basic breakfast good to keep you goin, the cook and the server try their best to please you.
