Palatin was exactly what was advertised (looking for modest "good" hotel and that is the palatin). in this case, good is actually excellent in terms of accurate description on the web site. staff was friendly; location was authentic, without being historically ancient. proximity to market and walking distance to old city was a great combination. bathroom facilities very clean and excellent.
Slight difficulty with avery early wake up call; palatin might consider having a radio/alarm clock in the room.
