"Amazing Service, Great price, Can't recommend enough"

Was blown away by the service of the hotel. The owner/manager is extremely helpful, even did a couple bags of laundry for free for us. Hotel is quite dated and it's not a 5 star by any means, but it is very large and comfortable rooms for those who need a budget hotel. Quite a long walk from the beach area, but we had a rental car so no problems. For the price we paid, it is an amazing deal for Tiberias or anywhere in Israel for that matter.

We had booked an inexpensive hotel, but what we got was way better than expected!If we ever come back to Tiberias we will certainly try to have a room in this hotel again.

"Great price but not great quality"

The Berger Hotel offers a great price if you're looking just for somewhere to sleep and won't be spending a lot of time in the hotel. The rooms are old as is the furniture. I would guess that the hotel might have been good in it's heyday which looks like it would have been the 1970's. The staff were very friendly although service was very poor. It could be a great hotel if it were to be modernised. Most of the residents appeared to be from Russian or Ukraine tour groups. Sleeping was difficult as traffic is very heavy along the main road outside however the breakfast was decent enough. If you're looking for a great hotel, go elsewhere but if it's just a place to sleep for the night then this offers it at perhaps the best price in the area.

"Everything in room was working good except a/c"

Pros: Everything in room was working good except a/c. breakfast is good. good beds.
Cons: They had no information about my booking. very noisy around, very bad soundproofing. the air condition was very old, made a lot of noise and a little of heat (there was rather cold in january)
