On the second floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms with double beds all furnished with important antique pieces and beds, two bathrooms of which one has a bathtub. Externally you will find a big natural terrace with a spectacular view of the valley and the Lake Trasimeno. A table for breakfasts and dinners is there nearby the path which leads to the swimming pool. VILLA LIMONAIA Once was a lemon tree store house, now restored to serve the purpose of apartment, 50 square meters in size is equipped with a practical kitchen, a big living room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The furniture has been carefully chosen: everything styles from the ‘800, floors and ceilings are restored “cotto vecchio” tiles. Every building is completely independent and has its own access door. The common utilities are the parking lot and the swimming pool.
