The province of Ascoli Piceno is located in the central Italian region of the Marche. The capital city, Ascoli Piceno, is roughly about 25 kilometers from the Adriatic Sea and is flanked by hills and mountains, including the Montagna dell’Ascensione, the Colle San Marco, and the Montagna dei Fiori.
