Cons: -the air conditioning in the hotel was not working. at the reception they said it was not working just on that day. the heat in my room was unbearable!
-the carpet in front of the elevator lobby -3rd floor- needs a good shampoo job.
-the door next to the elevator lobby is difficult and very awkward to open when pulling your bags. bags have to be moved sideway through the half open door. it is ridiculous.
-the hostess in the breakfast room could be a little more helpful. when i asked her for a coffee, she looked horrified at me request, and quickly referred me to the waitress on duty.
-the staff at the front desk referred me to a very poor restaurant nearby rather than the restaurant recommended by in hotel brochure.
