When we arrived to the hotel tired of traffic jam and hungry - it felt like if we were visiting relatives!!!
we called hotel and informed about our situation few hours prior to our late arrival and guess what happened:
restaurant waited longer for us, the manager helped and assisted us with any request personally, there was only "no problem" situation from check in to check out.
la grillia hospitality - rooms, food and service - were exactly as it supposed to be.
for the family traveling with small children it's really important !!!
