Pros: Staff were really nice and helpful. my light blew in my bathroom and they were also really quick to fix it. they also helped to reset the router when the internet didnt work for me (even though, theirs worked). location was excellent, and the lift was great being on the 4th floor.
Cons: The bathroom was really awkward as it had a bidet right infront of where you step out of the shower (shower was also very small), toilet was also really close to the wall. the bed was also really hard, so much so it hurt! the water (i think this is true for some other place in florence too) smelt kinda bad, so i think this made the room smell. the central heating was a fan type so it also made things really dry and a little noisy. i question the cleanliness also as i found a dirty pair of underwear left in the cupboard and also an old bottle of juice at the back of the fridge..

Cons: The staff, except a young man, was not simpatic.
