Pros: Excellent location close to train station. very friendly and helpful staff. good breakfast.
Cons: It was alarming to find myself locked out in the street at 11pm on arrival the first night, after giving this as arrival time on booking. however, this was due to a very temporary (10-min.) absence of proprietors, who were then very welcoming.(hotel berna only occupies level 3 of 5 floors.)
