generally it looks more like a dorm than a hotel!
Cons: No double bed, only singles put together, rooms not sound proof at all
Cons: Breakfast basic with not much choice. noise from hallways very noticeable through room door.

Cons: The location is a bit far from train station, but close to academy gallery. the room we stayed in turned out to be one with external bathroom which upset my husband a lot. however, the staff give us discount for two nights and that settled the problem.
