We were welcomed despite arriving comparatively early in the day; staff were friendly and helpful; facilities were good; position excellent, close to railway station and the duomo.
Handbasin was very slow to drain; despite my reporting this the day after we arrived, it was not sorted until the last day.Ariel

The staff was welcoming and helpful. this is an appealing, well-priced centrally located hotel. everything was clean and very comfortable. forl older travellers the elevator is a definite plus.Smoothy

Location is superb, only 2 minute walk from duomo and less than 10 minutes to the museum with the statue of david.
staff were extremely friendly, especially the lady serving breakfast.
room was a very good size and was clean and had great furnishings. free internet in the hotel lobby was a bonus as well for italy.Nothing that we can think of
