The stadd were not very friendly or welcoming on first arrival. when we asked at reception where to get bus tickets in order to get into the city etc he seemed bored by the question and looked like it was paining him to answer.
there were ants in the bathroom and also on the bed sheets.
breakfast was also very basic compared to other breakfasts we got in other hotels.Anonymous

The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help.
its an old hotel, the rooms are not big but its clean and the beds and other facilities, toilet etc is ok.
