"Now this is true 4 star hotel very simple modern clean hotel"
True 4 star hotel great bathroom, clean and very modern hotel like the W hotel but you get what you pay for since it did cost a little more than other hotels but 10x better than the dirty Turner hotel in Rome which state they are 4 star..only negative side is its 15 mins from center of town so you have to take a bus but other than that.. No Internet you have to pay because the city makes hotels use a company for its internet service. what a ripoff!! not the hotels fault but the city of Florence is in bed with the internet provider..getting kickbacks..
