Pros: Hotel d'azeglio is located in a good area, walking distance from the centre of florence. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, but spoke little english. however, we could get by.
Cons: The room was ice cold, it felt like we were staying in an igloo. when we asked the hotel staff to turn on the heating they said they couldn't due to restrictions in florence. they gave us extra blankets instead.
