Pros: The staff generally was very helpful. we have three family members who have celiac's and needed a gluten free diet. there were extremely helpful with providing us with a declicious breakfast every morning (thanks irene). the front desk staff was also helpful in making us aware of a restaurant that was able to accomodate our diets as well. saw many visitors of all ages. hotel is a great place if you want to be close to the train station, not far from anything. everyone seemed to be enjoying their stay.
Cons: Just a few of the staff had trouble communicating with us. we don't speak italian, and their english was poor. however, everyone was very nice.
