Pros: The service we received at this hotel was excellent. reception staff were brilliant, they presented us with a tourist map on arrival telling us where all the sights were and there distance from the hotel. the hotel has a great location next to the medici chapels and less than 5 mins to the duomo. easy access to bars, restaurants and shops. when we were leaving the man on reception printed us off a train timetable. very helpful. rooms clean and ours had great view of the medici chapels. would stay here again
