Cancellation Policy:
Free Cancellation: You can change or cancel this deal free of charge: up to 48 hours before your Check-in date. Please take into account that the Check-in date starts at 0.00 (local time).

There is no cancellation charge if you cancel at least 48 hours before midnight on the arrival day. For all cancellations received after such time a 1 night late cancellation charge will be debited to your credit card and for booking with more then 3 nights cancellation policy is 4 days prior the arrive:after such time will be debited 75% of the total cost of your reservation. Pros: Our entire 3 day stay was the best we had in a 2 week italy trip. the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. the breakfast and coffee was fantastic considering what you typically get in italy. the location was perfect... a 5 min walk to the duomo and on a side street so no street noise whatsoever. parking is 20 euro per night but standard. a fabulous stay to say the least.
Cons: The only negative i have is that our room was right next to the breakfast room. we could hear people talking and eating their breakfast. their are 3 or wings in the hotel all on the same floor. request a room on a wing away from the breakfast room and you'll be fine.

Pros: The hotel is charming, comfortable and in a great location. all of the staff were very nice and helpful! a bar is available for night caps or coffee. breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast room was very quaint. overall the pictures don't do it justice, it's very nice and well decorated.
Cons: Nothing negative.
