"The hotel is excellent"

Pros: The hotel is excellent. the rooms are spacious and clean. the only bummer about the place is that it is kind of on the outskirts of downtown florence, so you do have to walk a bit.
Cons: Wifi access in the rooms would be great...but no, nothing bad.

"I had a wonderful time in this hotel"

Pros: I had a wonderful time in this hotel. the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing.
Cons: It is not in the very center however it is just a 5 min walk in and its quiet nice to see all other shops down the off streets. also there is a tax charge of 4 euro per night that i was not aware of.

"Excellent location, close to museums and the city centre"

Pros: Excellent location, close to museums and the city centre. services for a great 3*, not 4* hotel.
Cons: Booked 2 rooms, stayed for 5 days. unfortunately for us, every morning we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for coffee and tea at the table during breakfast. when asked several times was advised to wait. apart from that everything was just fine.
