This was a cute and cozy place with a wonderful view of the duomo. though we were sharing the public bathroom and shower there were never any problems. the rooms were clean, with high ceiling, a big window and a nice painting of florence on the wall. it really felt like someone took the care to make it feel like a home and not just another hotel room. staff were helpful and you couldn't ask for a better location. i loved florence and i'd definitely stay here again!
I've never seen a smaller elevator, but then a lot of places don't even have them.
