Pros: Staff was very friendly and rooms very comfortable.
Cons: Your information stated that the hotel was only 3km from the airport and made it appear very easy to get to the hotel through the train/bus service in the city. that is completely false. it is 10km from the airport and it was very difficult to get to the hotel. after being lost for quite some time we had to eventually get a cab which cost us over $90 to get there. not at all happy with that. we chose this hotel because of the impression of the proximity to the airport to make it easier for us since we left early in the morning. if your information would have been accurate we would have stayed somewhere else.

Cons: For a 4 star hotel the breakfast was a disappointment served cold (scrambled egg & bacon) as was the coffee, although they did put matters right when asked (on both mornings)
