"Staff is helpful and pleasant"

Pros: Staff is helpful and pleasant. went the extra mile to make our stay as positive as can be.
Cons: The hotel, being a 4 star appears run down and in desperate need of maintenance. wall paper coming off, carperts with large stains. hotel adertises a shuttle service, which they do not have.
