While in town, visit the Chiesa di San Genesio. This medieval church is found in the Cardoso neighborhood, and was built in 1217. In the seventeenth century, there were extensive renovations done, particularly to the doors and to the main altar. The Chiesa di San Jacapo is found on the Via Bertini. It is believed that the church was built in the 12th century, and several window structures and a small doorway still stand from the original construction. The church contains some valuable artwork, such as a 13th century Madonna and Child and a wooden statue of the Madonna of Loreto from the 17th century.
