Pros: Excellent staff who were very helpful in moving us to a quieter room without any problems at all. hotel was clean, breakfast was good, room was nice, we even had free hire of bikes for morning of our day of departure, a very satisfactory experience for our short stay in lucca.
Cons: Not sure if this a negative but the walk from the hotel to lucca walls is a good fifteen to twenty minutes at a normal pace. once you get off the main busy road, the walk is a nice easy, quiet and non-threatening walk especially at night to get inside the walls.

Cons: The turkish bath was not working. and it did not mention in the site how to go to the hotel from the train station.

Pros: Very polite and helpful staff and speak good english. room clean and modern.
Cons: The directions to the hotel need to be improved, it is easily missed - its adjacent to mcdonalds . we went past the hotel and found it difficult to get back to , due to the road layout.
