Very well -located -2 minutes walk from central railway station ----- also, buses to airports depart from alongside railway station.
There are very few restaurants nearby, only kebab shops, and evening meals in this hotel were expensive. if you turn left as you come out the door of the hotel, and left at the first intersection, there is a reasonably -priced, clean, pizzeria on the right -hand side open at 7pm.

The staff were really friendly, the room had everything we needed and reception arranged for anything else we asked for to be left in our room, the shower was great, it was kept very clean, and it's very close to the central station that we arrived at from the airport. we ended up staying an extra night cos we thought the place was so nice, if not a little out of our budget price!
Not sure how much of a negative, but it's far enough of a walk from il duomo which is where everything seems to be happening (and beyond) during the day, and at night time. but there's a metro service from the very close central station so it doesn't make much difference until the end of a night out.
