 "Price-quality ratio extremely good"
We had a room at the front of the hotel (109). Being there early May means that we had our windows fully open and thus relatively more noise from the street than from the "thin" walls some reviewers mention. Room was large and clean, with excellent features (fridge, suitcase rack, safe). Good size bathroom (shower little small, but acceptable). Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine and complete, especially in respect to room prices. Tip: take the trolley busline (circular) from and to Milano Central Station. Bus stop is at approximately 150 metres. Trams currently run on different routes presumably because of road works. Tram 14 takes you directly to the Duomo. Stop at 300 metres from the hotel. 24h tickets available at hotel reception @ € 4,50 each.

 "Super value"
This Hotel used to be a Best Western and is now privately run, (very successfully)Air con, good breakfast, free WIFI, Fridge in room, LCD TV with about 5 channels in English, and every member of staff we met made us feel welcome.The room size, isn't overly spacious but is more than adequate for a couple.The location is typical Milanese, which suits us, rather than a tourist area, but is only 20mins North of the Duomo by tram. We had a car and found free street parking every night, with very easy access to the A4 Torino to Venezia autostrada

Pros: None.
Cons: Terrible staff. extremely rude indifferent, tried to kick us out of the hotel at 10:30 in the mroning even though the night before they said checkout was at 11:30. threatened us. never go there again. worst hotel staff ever!!!
