my family and I stayed for 8 days. We liked it. Clean small rooms. Service is good. Nearby is a park where we walked with a child, great supermarket. The center walked. It's not far. Overall satisfaction.

 "The hotel staff were mostly helpful"
Pros: The hotel staff were mostly helpful. everyone spoke english very well. the room was small but was fine for us. breakfast was more than i expected but a little expensive at 5 euros. location was very good. i only wish the website directions were a little more explicit about where you go once you exit the metro station (saying a 4 minute walk and nothing more was not enough information) so we would not have had to wander so much before actually finding the hotel.

Pros: Convenient to take tram to go the the hotel. a big supermarket near it.
Cons: The room we stay is at the end of the corridor, the space and settings of the room is weird, but it is not a big deal.

 "Very positive impression"
Pros: Very positive impression. hotel is 15 min walk from milan central rw station. our room had a nice balcony. staff is very friendly.
Cons: There is no elevator. trams on the street create too much noise, though they dont work at night.

Pros: Hotel was ok, a little old but fine for one night. staff could have been friendlier. location is ok especially for train to milan, but felt that the area was a little unsafe.

 "The rooms are very clean and its location excellent"
Pros: The rooms are very clean and its location excellent. we walked everywhere from there and there is also a metro station and several tram stops nearby. the members of the staff were friendly and helpful. the prices of beverages from the bar are also good.
Cons: Considering the prices in milan, it is a cheap hotel. however, the facilities are very basic, i.e. you don't have a small fridge/mini bar. the rooms are quite small and there is a bit of noise coming from the trams passing by. also, the breakfast buffet is quite poor, but at least you get a decent cup of coffee. if you get hungry you'd better be prepared, there's no food served (apart from the breakfast buffet in the morning).
