The location is strategically good for the business trip.
the hotel is next to the milan's central train station and subway.
The front desk staff seems to be unhelpful. they are quite cold toward the guests.Ellender

The hotel location was ideal for my purpose, right next to the central station and on the side where the bus comes in from the airport. staff were very efficient and friendly and all spoke excellent english. room was clean, & the ac was quiet. breakfast was what i expected - cold buffet. it was very quiet and there were restaurants nearby. i will stay again, and would recommend it Only negative was the lift breaking down, but it was soon fixed
