"Clean than expected"

The property is the ideal place to stay for both business travellers and tourists and offers all the modern comforts as well as a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Hotel Demò also offers a reservation service for local museums, the Meazza Stadium, and the La Scala Opera House. Computer with Internet access, fax service, reception and bar are at guests' disposal 24-hours a day. A breakfast room, relaxing public areas and a small reading room are also available. The hotel also offers car rental and car sharing services (subject to charges): cars are at guests' disposal 24 hours a day every day and customers can choose from a variety of cars. Cons: We didn't have hot water for 4 days! the staff ignored the problem, they even touched the ice cold water in our shower while claiming that it's ok! that was ridiculous! they offered to move us to a different room after 2 nights but it was useless since we spoke with other guests and they had a similar problem. breakfast is served at the lobby, we had to wait for other people to finish since there are only 5 tables, and breakfast itself was really poor. location is pretty far from city center, but close to central station.. public transportation is a must if you stay here. in 1 word - disappointing

Cons: When we arrived to the hotel, they told us to go to another hotel by the same owner which was around the corner. they said it was because the toilets were broken. at the new hotel, the room was very cramped and we had to ask for another room, which was much better.

Pros: The outside impression was not really good, but inside they were refurbshing the hotel and it seemed much better. good rooms, clean and new bathroom, good breakfast and very helpful staff. 2 min from the main train station so perfect location. overall, very good experience.
