Cons: Yes hotel housekeeping was better, never replenish supply when they are out and do not remove dirty plates and napkin from the room! another point is the availability of wifi services in the hotel - wifi is only available in the lounge area not in the room not convenient.

Pros: Nice new hotel and well located. great service.
Cons: Your booking form said nothing about vat charges which we were charged for an additional 17.5%! i wont be booking with you again not know these surprises on holiday.

Pros: Great concierge services, friendly staff overall, perfect location near the best shopping and sights like la scala and the duomo

Cons: You had not sent thru reservation so hotel not expecting us. long delay at check-in and then we were kindly "given an upgrade" to the deluxe room we had already booked!!!
when we left they tried to charge us for the final day, despite my invoice etc proving that we had paid. we eventually resolved the issue by me simply refusing to pay. nice, calming way to finish our break!
this is simply not a 5 star hotel. apart from one excellent receptionist, staff were not that helpful. coffee and tea in room were expensive, cold everyday and tasted dreadful. the location was fantastic but that was all, we were very, very disappointed and will certainly never return. thankfully, we didn't take the kids because that would have been a total disaster in this hotel.
