 "Awesome base for Milan"
Location was excellent being right by Lima subway. A weekend travel pass on subway only cost 8 euros. This meant the San Siro was now easily in reach of us. You could also get to all the other major sight seeing attractions & Duomo is on the same line. Only complaint was the hotel hadn't enabled the air con yet as it wasn't peak season. However having said that we did get unusually hot sunny weather for that time of year. Minor complaint was hearing the rumblings of the subway station but this honestly was a distant background noise & didn't bother us at all (we were on third floor) - also the pro's of subway far out weighed the con's. The play station in lobby was also a great touch. Great choice. The ristorante restaurant close to lili la tigriesse club (strip club) just up the road also most reasonable priced restaurant in area. Great food also. Worth knowing when the Euro is so pants at the mo!!
