 "Worst hotel ever!!"
Very unfriendly staff, we have been given a 1persons bedroom, for 2. Breakfast is not good, no choice, dirty knives, plastic cups in stead of a glass.... Will never come back and i am very sorry that i have stayed in this hotel

 "Milano Bicocca"
We had a pleasant stay at the Idea Hotel Milano Bicocca. It's quite a big hotel and our experience here was clean and neat. The rooms were clean and modern too. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful, when we wanted to go to Spa Terme Milano, they called and made sure it was open on a sunday and asked what their spa activities were. There was a shuttlebus to the nearest subway station Sondrio, which we have used a few times, it saves a 10 min walk. There are also buses (81 & 43) which you can take on your return to the hotel. With the subway it only takes 5 min to get to the center of Milaan. It was a great holiday! (4/5 days are enough for Milano) But if I would go some another time I would probably look for a similar hotel which is more near a subway. Hope this was helpful!

 "Nice stay for a nice price"
Although we stayed just 1 night here, we liked the hotel's location (very quiet and very close to the city center), the style of the room, size of the bath and the quantity and quality of the breakfast. And, as the best, the price was very very competitive!

Pros: Upon check-in stefano the duty employee was very welcoming, he welcomed us to the hotel. the hotel is clean and comfortable with modern furnishings in the lobby and bedrooms.
Cons: Booked a double room with breakfast, the room was nicely decorated, however the toilet seat was broke coming away from the bowl and the shower door would not open or close as it had came off the runners. after 7 hours travelling me and my partner just wanted to relax as we only had 4 days in milan. we went to reception stefano said he would get maintenance to have look at the problems. came back to the hotel walked past stefano, didn't acknowledge us or mention anything about the problems, went to our room (131)and checked problems toilet fixed but not shower door. if we had a shower the water would flood the bathroom and carpet outside something of which we were not going to pay for if happened. went to reception stefano agreed and swapped us rooms, room 218 after swapping rooms we were told to expect a surprise. the surprise was two single beds put together to make a king! we phoned down again and a lady answered she was arguing with my partner saying that were here to make trouble and our new room was a king size bed it wasnt otherwise we wouldn't have been falling down the middle of the bed. we asked to change again she said no!. the air conditioning not working had to keep opening and shuting the window throughout the night as it became very hot in the room which meant i didn't sleep for more than 2 hours on a supposed city break me and my partner both work in hospitality and this was not the service we had expected. breakfast arrived at 9am, buffet not stocked up, no staff member to be seen, went to look at buffet, no scrambled egg left, asked for eggs when a staff member did appear but they never arrived so we both had toast, croissants, cereal of which i waited 5minutes for a spoon to eat it with, must admit a lot of cakes! left at 9:45am still no egg. went back to room packed our bags and left. suppose to stay 3 nights only stayed 1. check out was the best elvis great attitude, didn't ask why we were leaving 2 days early, we told him the story, charged us full rate and including the little extras bill we had a very disappointing stay here,for elvis to be so rude at check out as very unprofessional, for him to be duty employee of the hotel for the morning i found it to be quite strange!

so i found a new hotel best western milton. had a fantastic stay a little bit more but would defiantly recommend and go back! staff were fantastic!

Cons: The breackfast could be improved more to the standart continental brekfast, but even so it's good most of all for those that like cakes.
