Different Cancellation Policy - Fair Periods:
- During exhibition periods a minimum stay of 3 nights is required, except for different agreements with the hotel.
- Cancellations should be made at least 7 days before the expected arrival date.
- In case of cancellations after those 7 days or a no-show, the amount of the first night will be charged by the hotel as a penalty.
- In case of an earlier departure, the amount of the first night will be charged by the hotel as a penalty.
Different Cancellation Policy - Furniture Exhibition:
- The following policy applies for reservations which include the total or just a part of the period of the Furniture Fair.
- Only for the Furniture Exhibition cancellations without any penalty are possible within 21 days before the arrival date.
- In case of cancellations after those 21 days or a no-show, the 50% of the total booking amount will be charged by the hotel as a penalty.
- In case of an earlier departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged by the hotel without any possibility of reimbursement.
Booking Conditions:
- The hotel administration department will check the validity of your credit card before your arrival, as a guarantee of the cancellation penalties. The hotel asks for a pre-authorization on your credit card which is not a charge. If the credit card is not valid, the booking will not be confirmed.
- The hotel bill can be paid in cash or by credit card. Cheques are not accepted.

How you can get to Hotel La Residenza
From Milan Malpensa Airport: The "Malpensa Express" train leaves the Milan Malpensa airport every 30 minutes, and takes you to the "Bovisa" railway station within just 35 minutes. Once there, take a taxi, which will take you straight to the hotel in a few minutes (this is only a distance of 1.5 km).
From the Linate and Orio al Serio airports: Take the shuttle bus which leaves every 30 minutes for the Milan Central Station. From there, follow the directions below.
From the Central Station: Take the yellow metro line 3 in direction "Comasina" and get off at the fifth stop named "Affori Centro". Take the exit going left towards via Pellegrino Rossi. Turn into via Pastro (the second street on your left after the Shell petrol station) and continue for about 100 metres until the park (Parco delle Favole). Turn right so you’ll be at the beginning of via Vittorio Scialoia; the hotel is 20 metres from the park.
