The guy who checked us in was very friendly and extremely helpful. the location was great--right next to the main shopping district, close walk to the metro, and the train station. sweet rooms.
A little small, but that's typical in europe. the other guy working at the front desk was not pleasant and quite unfriendly, actually.Anonymous

The hotel was a pleasant surprise!! for the price we expected small and dingy. we got a good size, clean and great services. highly suggest to travellers. a little stroll to the station but not too bad an area. No elevator. lots of stairs.Bushaw

Rooms are basic, but entirely satisfactory. the location is a 10 minute walk from milano stazione centrale, and a 20 minute walk from the duomo piazza and la scala. very helpful and friendly desk people. considering the convenient location and generally high prices at other hotels in milano, this hotel is remarkable value if you don't need fancy accommodations.Anonymous
