 "Nice hotel, friendly staff"
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in April. The location is great, just by the central station and there is a metro station just round the corner too. The staff on reception were more than willing to answer our questions and help with providing maps, restaurant recommendations etc. Our only criticisms were that there was mould on the wall by our window and our room was too hot, even after the window had been open, as there didn't seem to be any air conditioning. Also, we had booked a double room but had two single beds pushed together with a sheet over the top so every morning the sheet had slipped between the 2 mattresses making it not comfy to lie on. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Excellent location easy to locate from milan centrale station. hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. breakfast was adequate to start the day.
