It is very good and familiar, have known the hotel for over 40 years. unique charm and service, always welcoming and accessible and were known, recognized and made comfortable. 
It now strives and while still good, has lost it, it is one of many good hotels even in milan, it was the only place, it was the gold standard and very good value, it is now ridiculously expensive and just can't match the service efficiency of the very luxurious chains, four seasons or far east
