Cons: Luck of organizing, poor breakfast , no triple bed rooms
Cons: Received phone calls at the hotel and hotel said they have not got anyone under that name. food in restaurant is expensive but not good (not fresh despite waiters saying so).
the location of the hotel is not good. it is the last stop on the mm3 line. for business travellers who need to get to milan central rail station for travelling it is inconvenient. lounge is not very nice.

Cons: Hotel is a little dated and has little atmosphere, more suitable for functional purposes such as business rather than leisure.
Cons: It was the only hotel from my trip (i stayed at 3 different ones) which claimed to have trouble using my credit card and asked for another card details on my personal email, while refusing to provide security guarantees. then, they tried to stuff my family into a much smaller room than i had ordered, pretending everything was ok, and even claimed some untrue things. in addition, the location is way outside the city, which makes it inconvenient if you want to see the city center, esp. if you are travelling with small children.
