Cons: Awful service of hotel staff, especially males.
they were too cheesy,arrogant and even got some attitude.
very noisy early in the morning like 6am.(cause there is tram passing by in front of hotel)
it was not very comfortale staying there because of them.
breakfast was awful. i'll never go back to this hotel.
Cons: In one of our rooms, the air conditioning did not work, however we were able to open the balcony door for some fresh air.
Cons: Small rooms, tiny bathrooms, and extremely noisey almost impossible to get any sleep
