We are terribly disappointed with the service from the reception counter ESP the lady with black short curly hair with spectacle. She is rude and not willing to help with problem encountered.For €1000 per night and that kind of room and breakfast is really outrageous.

Pros: The hotel staff were fantastic - they were very friendly and could speak english well and were very helpful. the hotel is also in an extremely good location within walking distance to the subway and the duomo.
Cons: The room we were put in were really old, quite unlike the modern and tastefully furnished hotel lobby.
