From Malpensa Airport: Take the airport shuttle bus to Milan Central Station. From there, take metro line 2 (green) and get off at metro stop 'Lanza'. Change to tram line 12, towards 'Rosario', and get off at 'Console Marcello'. The hotel is only 20 metres from the tram stop.

Cons: The room temperature often had to be adjusted and then kept defaulting back to the original setting, leaving it too warm.
Cons: Reception staff -some of them- very 'new', didn't know what the last supper was (one of the main attractions in milano) or how we could get there, didn't know about airport express etc
