Cons: We have a confirmation for 3 deluxe rooms. the hotel sell the rooms to other peoples.we had to downdrade our rooms.
Cons: The location was far, we had to take 2 trains to get to the city
Cons: The hub is located very far from the center on milan. ther eis a shuttle to the nearest train station, but then you have to purchase train tickets, and then get the tram other areas of the city. very time consuming!
the fitness area/ pool/ and sap are under construction, and thus not really available for use. the pool and spa was a big attraction for me, and would have made up for the distance away from the center of the city, thus a big disappointment once i arrived and could not use it.
