Reservations Hotel de la Ville – Small Luxury Hotels of the World have to be cancelled 24 hours before Arrival Date Please take into account that the Arrival Date starts at 0.00 am (CET.).Cancellations shall be done within 24 hours prior to guest arrival, in case of late cancellation or no-show first night will be charged. For reservations superior to 3 rooms, cancellations shell be done within 7 days prior to guests arrival. For reservations for the nights of 25, 26 and 27 March 2010, cancellations shall be done within 14 days prior to guests arrival, otherwise the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
