This hotel was ok, but the location was not very nice, right next to the train station.
We were charged 40 euro on our credit card for no reason. this is a big problem and are still waiting for it to be resolved.Anonymous

LocationThe toliet was faulty
there was damp in the bathroom
the 'double bed' was two singles pushed together, which moved apart.
the breakfast was very poor. fruit juices were infact cordials. the cereals were cheap. you had to go and get your own hot drinlks, as staff did not bring them to tables.Nani Goglodze-Tamar Batsilashvili

The hotel located very close to railway station, and the public transport is very convenient. the hotel staff is very helpful. i am pleased with their service. they even suggest me to have a one-day trip with a trip company to pompei and visuvio. the trip is really wonderful. i will certainly stay in this hotel next time.
