I can't say enough for staff frienliness specially after dealing with staff in a rome hotel.the view alone made the trip worhwhile even if you had to walk 5 min uphill in a
narrow street to get there - that is if you missed the free shuttle that goes to center and back 4 times a day. all rooms had private balcony with view. several terraces for sitting and enjoying the view . it was a nice surprise how extensive the free breakfast buffet was,not american style fried stuff but breads ,cheese , coldcuts cereals and cakes and
fruit and good coffee all served in outside terrace as if you are in a expensive restaurant with a view.city busses- 1 euro- run continously stopping by the uphill walk 200 meter from hotel.taxi is too expensive for the short trip18 euro.don't expect a fancy room,simple with tile floors.wecouldn't have chosen a better hotel for the price.
Double room consisted of 2 twin beds pushed together that would not stay together.last shuttle leaves 630 pm and you find yourself making plans based on shuttle times for convinience.
