 "The hotel is ideally situated and the facilities are good"
Pros: The hotel is ideally situated and the facilities are good. the management speaks english but not so much the supporting staff.
Cons: The bathroom was not cleaned properly (there were long hairs on the basin) and the room did not have extra blankets. more disapointing of all was that the yogurth in the breakfast was off and it was mouldy. we informed the person in charged but she did not seem to understand the seriousness or simply dismissed this. unbelievable. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone and is very unlikely that i stay here on my next trip to rimini.
