Cons: The only unfortunate experience is that there are no clocks in the room - i asked for a wake up call but i did not get it - the clerk when i checked out said that she called twice but there was no answer, she assumed that i was in the shower but i think the phone did not work - someone should have knocked on my door...she offer me a cappacino for my troubles...
