City Center Monterotondo

If you’re interested in history, check out The Church of Saint John the Baptist, if agriculture is your thing, there’s Cuna Farm, but any wine buff making a trip to Italy owes themselves a visit to Monterotondo, where the hills that hold the town are simply covered in vineyards, which are said to produce optimal wines. Monterotondo sits on one of the three hills which dominate the beautiful Tevere Valley. The city itself is a treasure, as well. You can explore the beautiful renaissance and medieval elements, visible in the architecture of the city. Throughout the city there are various monuments from those periods and later, as well.
